He's the poor mans game player IMO....it's a formula that often works but it's safe, predictable and not interesting to watch....I think to really make an impact in show business it's better to be liked and disliked in equal measure...Controversy is often what keeps people ar the top...Ricky is a bit too safe for me...and that's not very memorable....if everyone likes you then you're doing something wrong.
