If Trump lies on TV and is caught thats not the mods fault and Trump could have gone to so many different things to attack HRC but as I recall didnt he once go off on a story about Rosie O'Donnell? What was that about? Trumps lack of preparation was not the mods fault.

it was the mods fault that he didnt aim as many questions at hilary , in particular at her corruption, her dodgy doundation, her payments from corporations, her benghazi disaster, her 33000 email cover up, the list goe son and on..he chose to bring up birther yet again and trumps businesses, the man clearly had an agenda and failed to moderate fairly and impartially

I amazed myself and watched the debate live. What came through to me loud and clear was how shallow and one-dimensional Trump is. He is truly awful. I have a successful business in this or that state ... did I tell you I'm a successful business man ... blah blah blah. I think he actually believes his own story

I mean, they are both dreadful candidates, and I may not agree with Hilary's politics, but she at least has a bit of a grasp of life. Trump is ... well, i'm speechless

he was merely paying the taxes the government wanted hes never been charged with any tax fraud....if the government under clinton wanted more they should have gone for more but she is in the pockets of the massive corporations so she lets huge corporations off their taxes

Hilary won. Trump was like a college kid who is an idiot. He thinks it's a game that he could just list a lot of things he wants changed and that he will be able to click his fingers and it's done. He has no idea what it will take. He tried to school Hilary on stamina when she has years of experience in politics while he has none. She schooled his ass when he tried to talk about stamina. HE will be a laughing stock at world leader meetings. HE doesnt have the stamina, he has no idea what lies ahead. Him thinking it's smart to not pay taxes it's just another example that this will be all about his best interest and the rich.

He knows he's talking out his ass but also knows he has support no matter because a lot of people agree with his earlier views which he now tries to backtrack on.

Hillary completely destroyed him and it wasn't even close. You'd have to be incredibly biased to try to spin Trump as the winner. He rambled, he ignored the questions half the time, he made no sense and he spoke about himself more than the issues. Every answer he gave was basically a story about himself with a small sentence relating to the question at the end.

He sounded like a druinken mess that couldn't focus on anything specific or form a coherent sentence.

She may have been more prepared and cool but she came across as an unlikeable lawyer and that will not resonate outside of the metropolitan elite

I do think that the Chair gave Hilary an easier time. The worst moments for Trump were not so much a result of Hilary but of him - he brought up Trump's taxes, he pushed the birther stuff, he challenged Trump on his position on Iraq and he brought up the comment Trump made about Hilary's 'look'. He never pushed Hilary hard on any of her controversies.

She came across smug but ultimately the more cool and competent. Trump looked a lot less comfortable here debating one on one than when he was involved in debates with four or five other candidates. I think we'll probably see an improved performance from him next time though.
