I just think the concept of this season is a bit messed up whereas the concept of the first was much more simple and clear (Killer Red Devil stalks campus) whereas this one takes place after the events of S1 and the same characters are recruited to work as doctors in some isolated hospital despite them not even being doctors idk but then again it's SQ I'm not expecting it to be realistic.
