Could be Oliver because why would Analise be so distraught? Maybe she made him do something that caused his death now she feels guilty. Or Bonnie maybe.

I just thought Oliver because I could see Annalise feeling responsible since she gave him a job and she might feel like he might not have been there if she didn't (and also promising to Connor that she'd keep him out of danger rang alarm bells, if he dies she'll probably feel like she's broken her promise). Also just the focus they gave him in the premiere with both the job and his breakup with Connor, TV tends to give characters more focus before killing them

Yep I can see it being Oliver but also could be Wes as Annalise is quite close to him or Nate. Don't think it will be any of the others depends if theres another twist in the next few episodes. I also like the fact that theres a mystery to solve every season.

I'm actually glad if Oliver's been confirmed as safe, not because I'd be particularly bothered if he died but because that throws my theory out of the window and I'd prefer to be surprised.

And having it be some random newcomer would be awful It needs to be someone significant (even if it's someone I love like Bonnie).

^ I think as always they will set out to surprise us. We all though Oliver or Nate would be the body so I wouldn't be surprised if Nate is revealed safe next, throwing away the obvious ones.

I agree with whoever said it could be Bonnie. Hoping it's Wes though
