Yes. I think there is also an enthusiasm gap. In Houston I saw with my own two eyes people standing around in a line that went on forever and in the summer humidity just to go one of his rallies. The room was electric when Trump showed up.
Hillary can't get anywhere near the number of supporters going to her rallies. So they are obviously casual voters.
