I'm not sure I agree with him suing the police, they need to investigate allegations, but I completely disagreed with the way the BBC reported it so I'm glad he's taking action against that.

The police do need to investigate every official complaint Jamie, but I think Cliff's 'beef' is that the BBC was given information about the allegations and tipped off by the police of when they were going to raid Cliff's home - and THAT is definitely NOT their job.
