I really loved this episode, best of the season easy. It's funny seeing the actors and real people interacting for the first time (and actually meeting the actors as characters properly finally, didn't expect Sarah to be such a BITCH).

Although at least all the actors/actresses who didn't have big roles in Hotel are getting a lot of screen time in season 6 (Angela, Sarah and Lily).

Frances wasn't in Hotel was she? Would have loved to seen more of her this season.

I think they'll explain it away by saying that she uses some sort of glamour to mask her appearance and she'll appear as Gags at times to appeal to the actors. I reckon, if she's still alive, she'll be revealed to be either completely decrepid or monstrous in appearance by the end.
