IMO Carl is the most likely to kill Negan. He broke all of the characters who were there that episode -
except Carl. Carl still had that look of hatred by the end... and was still being defiant... but Negan not only knowingly left him "unbroken" by the end but actually changed his mind about having his hand cut off. He doesn't see him as a serious threat, so didn't feel like he had to break his will, but has a strange respect for him.
My exact prediction would be... Negan will take and form some sort of mentor relationship with Carl, believing he is bringing him round to his way of thinking. Carl will play along for the majority of the season. Towards the end of the storyline, Rick will be taking on Negan, and will be beaten by Negan and about to be killed. Carl will then take the opportunity to kill Negan. To be even more exact... I think Negan will totally trust Carl and will have given him Lucille to hold while he takes on Rick. Carl will then kill Negan by smashing his head in when his back is turned, using Lucille.
Wonder how close I am
