I believe that it's somewhat subjective, the "hard" factor. We all set our spectrum of hard and easy. Ecigs now and keep lowering the nicotine level until i get to zero.Started smoking cigs at thirteen.Smoking weed actually got me into cigs.Don't touch drugs npw and only drink on occasion.Feel so much healthier off the cigs.Fitness levels gone up etc plus my hair and clothes don't stink.

i do but very rarely like i can go days without a cig and it takes me a few days to get through a pack of 10

it's gross though it stinks and makes you feel kinda groggy idk ban it
