I believe that it's somewhat subjective, the "hard" factor. We all set our spectrum of hard and easy. Bottom line, people solve it by dealing with it, with themselves, without giving up - it's the core of everything. Ecigs now and keep lowering the nicotine level until i get to zero.Started smoking cigs at thirteen.Smoking weed actually got me into cigs.Don't touch drugs npw and only drink on occasion.Feel so much healthier off the cigs.Fitness levels gone up etc plus my hair and clothes don't stink.
