I missed the show I'm going to have to watch it back, if you're so unhappy why you still watching the show ?. Atleast everyone tries their best in trials even silly Adam & Martin has given it a good go . Nobody has quit any unlike previous seasons when bimbo Helen Flanagan kept quitting most the trials , there were times she didn't even attempt the trials it was pathetic she kept moaning that much
