You can't ban people from thinking whatever they like. But when that manifests itself into odious actions, like a celebration for the death of Jo Cox, something has to give. Mixed in with the few people who may agree with Far Right ideology are hundreds of thousands, millions even, of people who only want to take back control of our own borders instead of allowing an unelected body like the EU to dictate.

That's the danger though, isn't it? Extremists are few by definition (or they wouldn't be "extreme") and can do very little on their own... but when you have an extreme few having their numbers bolstered by millions of people who are simply frustrated... those extremists will hijack that loud voice and use it to further their own separate agenda.
