She doesn't have a problem with her profession being spoken about, it's the way people use it to belittle her to score points in an argument that she's annoyed at. She called him a fat slob twice in retaliation. I'm pretty sure he's made the cleaning jibes more than twice. He said it a few times in their first argument, and made references to it again in the second

So you're basically moving the goal posts after being proven wrong.

I agree that she inserted herself into it an argument that didn't concern her, but that still doesn't change the fact that JJ used her profession first as an insult.
