I'd love it if James actually was playing a game, and he erupted in the final week with home truths for Kim, Jedward, Speidi etc - it'd be ****ing hilarious

What would actually happen as a result though is the majority of this forum would decide he's 'fake', 'cancelled' and a 'prick'

It doesn't, as my post in the other thread will show you 'playing the game' can and is just as easy as sitting back, saying and doing nothing, befriending your housemates and sailing through to the final and then winning because you're 'nice'. BBUK is one of the easiest games on television to win as a result

My point is that I very much doubt that's what he's doing, and that he is just a nice guy. Nothing wrong with that of course, and I do like him...but a better housemate than Speidi he is not

I have thought for a while though that I just have this feeling that James is gonna lose it one day (in much the same way Bobby/Cheggars were broken down), he seems very over the whole thing and eventually things will wear thin

Like I said, I have been disappointed in them this time around but they have still brought more to the show than James has

Because that's all they talk about, their threats and who is likely to win and how.
So much they even had Angie asking them explicitly why they say her as a threat. He's probably now playing the game the way he thinks it should be played, taking out those you think are most likely to beat you to the win. Most of the housemates are voting that way, including Speidi, such as when they contributed to send him back to hell where he had a 1 in 3 chance of being evicted.

I don't see how this makes him not genuine. The guy is honestly crucified no matter what he does.
