I like a bit of confrontation, so I would probably try to irritate the annoying ones like Nicola. If someone was yelling at me I would laugh at them, it usually sends people absolutely batsh... I can just imagine what it would do to Nicola.
I would especially enjoy winding up Speidi, but do it in a subtle way to keep them off balance.
If someone were being isolated I would support that person and tell the bully responsible to do one.
