What's bad about that is that its bullying.....its deliberately trying to get others in the group to dislike John and by pointing out the boys differences it enables housemates who are stupid enough to listen to her to share her views. By pointing out those differences she's basically giving others the tools they need to justify turning against John.
Like her or loath her Kim was bang on right at the start about Nicola, she surrounds herself with her little minions and then she gets them to work gang handed to either isolate someone or bully someone.
