At 3 years of age the child should have the skills to drink from a cup, the "baby" stage has long passed, nobody would be clapping if the 3 year old was running around drinking from a babies bottle and breast feeding is no different

from the looks of the photo the kid is still in a nappy as well, time to potty train...
