No. If the house doesn't stop a clock, we all get 1 fail. If we get a certain amount of fails (we don't know how many), we lose the task and have to nominate 1 person each.

I don't really understand it either but I think that you can nominate anybody, it's not like just nominating one person and then they're up and can't be nominated by someone again.
