To answer the question, obviously she isn't a bloody dictator
 she doesn't even have a majority in Holyrood. If anyone is acting like a dictator it's Theresa May, given that she wanted to trigger a hard Brexit without any scrutiny from the uk parliament and despite not having a "uk wide agreement" as she promised.
