Her and her hubby almost certainly knowingly signed up for multiple accounts to get multiple free bets / multiple free entries to a tournament, to be honest. It happens all the time. Sucks for people who think they have won, but I don't buy for a second that they didn't know they were opening multiple accounts.

I have 4 adults in this house, we have all taken advantage of the join now freebies. She looks like there could be a few siblings etc. Give her the dosh.

A few siblings and they all live with her? Nah. They've won on a new customer offer when they already had an account, I'd bet on THAT. There's a reason it's not allowed, everyone would be making a fortune on free bet offers if you could just sign up with 20 different email addresses and get 20 free bets .

Basically,it either has to be that there are rules to stop people abusing the opening offers, or they don't have opening offers at all . Though I'd personally advocate for the latter.
