The teams changed a couple of days ago so Amy, Josh and Ron (and Tom) were all on the same team, I think she meant that keeping Ron above her wouldn't be a wise move as she was more active so their team would stand a better chance of winning challenges and keeping the whole team safe, like now for example they only have 2 people playing this challenge because Ron isn't here, whereas they'd have 3 if Amy had stayed.
