Unspecified, OK, I'll admit, there should be a breakdown before any "bill" is paid. But the idea that the UK can swan off and owes absolutely
nothing is... Optimistic. At best. Though I hope they stick to their guns and it happens, because then if we are ever lucky enough to see Scottish indy come to pass, Westminster won't have a leg to stand on when Scotland says the exact same thing. "Oh Yeh you fink we owe you money doo yer well prove it then go on bruv."
