That's not the point. A song can click with you without understanding what the artist is saying, France for instance I barely undestood but thoroughly enjoyed.

If I googled it's english translation I wouldn't enjoy it any less or anymore.

I'm happy. Like I said earlier, his song is what Eurovision is all about—It's unique and gets people talking. I mostly enjoyed it because it was beautifully composed and sung. I relish in all types music Eurovision has to offer, hence why I also liked 1944 and wanted that to win last year. Also, it's great that a country that has competed for over fifty years has eventually won for the first time

Salvador did annoy me a little with his off-stage quirks though, ngl.

I agree. Jamala might be my favourite winner ever, and this guy was in my top 5 of the night. (I was actually disappointed when I looked up the lyrics though, it was just another heartbreak song).
