Some of it needed to be privatised to take the pressure off the service and produce better care. Over-spending on everything as Corbyn plans to do is likely to have significant negative long-term effects on our economy which will lead to austerity in the future. There are no easy solutions and no miracle cures with any party and to suggest anything different is irresponsible in my opinion.

could also be that there are too many people for them to cope with,and it will get worse. no amount of money will help then.
