I wouldn't get upset or offended by it.I hear women spout it all the time.I usually just think well she is a woman i'll let her have that one.

However i agree that if a man said it on TV all the femis would be getting their knickers in a twist.

Considering one out one of the sites meninists got their knickers in a twist about this, I cant fault your logic... i do however disagree, they have actual stuff to worry about, a throwaway comment or joke isnt one of them
