Theres nowt wrong in supporting him as he is from here, but its unfair to ignore that people do support him just as he is a member...whilst accusing others of not liking him because hes a member.

Surely that is not allowed?!?! Anyway well said, that's how I feel about it all.

Of course his friends (his real friends) are going to support him and that's more than fine but some people with their super fandom are just hard to take. And because of their super fandom they loose credibility in almost every debate they have because they're always biased anyway.

I just support my favourites and try to respect others. That's all i can do. But if i see something that i think is unfair i will say so.

None of this is aimed at you vanessa. Raph seems kinda your type of housemate anyway. Decent looking and male

I only started posting about this as this was the 4th time in a few days I have seen another poster accuse all those that dislike raph of disliking him just as he is a member whilst ignoring that his massive support is mainly down to that right now.

I think being a tibb member is a blessing and a curse. It means he has more support, but also harsher critics just because he's a poster.

Just to be clear I don't think all that dislike him do it because of his membership. There's just 2 or 3 that make a large effort to hate on him, when they never usually would for others. Im walking away from this now, its all I have to say on the matter.

I'm not just on about Raph's fans. This forum in general. That's why I joined a few years ago and this is the first time I've been back since.

Btw this might sound weird coming from me as I normally like loud characters, but I do think it's good to not have every Housemate being a loudmouth who's only vocabulary is to talk about sex and say **** over and over again.

And also alot of quieter Housemates have been big personalities in their series, Alex BB3 wasn't exactly in people's faces but was still an interesting Housemate. Adele BB3 only ever argued on Jade from what I can remember, yet was still an interesting Housemate. Luke and Lisa from BB9 are still talked about now for good and bad reasons and they weren't exactly screaming in people's faces in every highlight show.

There are others aswell such as Freddie, Siavash, Ben, Harry BB12, and I personally like Shaun liked Kieran and Fatman Scoop as they was eccentric rather than having to either be in a Showmance or argue on everyone to standout.

My point being is why can't Raph be seen as one of those types of Housemates?

i do agree its hard to take Arthur at his word about Tom right now. would i be surprised if that is true? hell no. im not sure how old those tweets of Tom were but i do like to think people can change over time. especially if those tweets were years ago. so what it seems like most like to do i dont "drag" HG/HM in any BB over it like it was just weeks before they went in. not condoning any of that sad stuff but like to give the benefit of doubt. regardless Tom is a prick & i havent liked him since the launch when he first opened his mouth before we even got to see how he would be in the house so far. hasnt changed.

i think you all make points that i agree with. i personally am not one thats going to like someone just cause they are a member just like i wouldnt just root for someone in sports cause they are from my country or even my neighborhood or state. right now i think hes really boring. its still really early though so my opinion can change & might end up liking him as a HM as time goes on. ive liked him as member on here over the years at least.

we obviously all have different tastes is HG/HM. some have the same type & some it varies. i have liked the nicest of HM at times to some who were honestly straight up dickheads. it just depends.
