For those who didn't actually follow the link: They did not deliberately kill a driver or even intend to hurt anyone. They blocked a road with tree trunks so that they could sneak into the trucks when they were forced to stop at the blockage. This went wrong and a truck hit the tree trunks, and the driver was killed in the crash.

Tragic? Yes.

Reckless? Yes.

Criminal? Almost certainly.

Deliberate killing? NO


But it seems that your tactic worked NM, some people clearly only bothered to read the thread title - which makes it look like they bludgeoned him to death with chunks of wood - and responded to that idea.
