She probably does have a bruise...because Ellie made contact with her as hand went out to balance herself...you can see she loses her balance.
It wasn't deliberate IT WAS AN ACCIDENT...if it was deliberate BB would have kicked her out...they have studied the footage no doubt from all angles...not just the clip we are watching.
