I think it's mainly social differences with regards to Isobel, she creates a big divide.
Most young people seem to enjoy watching Isobelle, shes extremely popular on twitter, and the large majority want to save her. Whereas older voters are not keen on her and shes not popular at all on FB and many want to evict her. I think it may just be different times, as the world changes so much as to what is and isn't acceptable and how you should behave each decade. It's pretty interesting.
