Hm i voted no but arguably he did. At the same time, he could have made it better, because Hannah thought Chanelle meant it badly while Chanelle meant it as banter, so there would have been tension of Hannah's side which would have been built up and possibly erupted into a worse situation. It would have had to be addressed sometime, and Raph tried to address it before it erupted
