I find it quite sad for all involved especially seeing as they both have mental health issues and children are involved.

It's called 'tongue in cheek'....and yes children are involved and I feel desperately sorry for her kids. Kids by three different husbands...these children just don't know what stability is. Kerry Katona jumps from one loser to another..letting them into her life and always falling foul. Does she ever think of the impact it has on her children?
Maybe she should focus more on them...they don't know anything of 'stability' because she focuses more on having a man in her life than anything else. She's totally selfish IMO..

What does the ammount of kids she had by each husband matter? They are still her children.

Plenty of people have more than one marriage too, her first husband left her too it's not like she goes from bloke to bloke.
