Exactly, that's not outside contact, just another villa within the show. The only public perception they have is at eliminations when they announce the couples who are safe. The only public perception BB should have is when a housemate gets evicted (suggesting the public didn't really like them) I would also say the crowd but we all know how I feel about those... humans
