I've had a tremor in my right hand (I'm left handed thankfully) since yesterday evening mainly whenever I grip things. Just started happening out of the blue

Anyone ever had it?

I had one of those last week, not in my whole hand but in my baby finger and down the side of my hand, it just kept twitching away on it's own. I put it down to using the keyboard too much

I haven't really used it that much, it seems to be the thumb more than anything, I started being an idiot and googling it it doesn't seem just like a twitch though
