The 'issue' here seems to be from the responses, a desperate attempt to try and highlight a hypocrisy amongst people who would normally call out sexism when it happens, but that only works if Ruth's tweet is actually sexist and so far I can't see that anyone has explained how it is... can you?
explain why she posted it and for what point?
