Well the first step would be to stop vilifying and dehumanising that cross-section of society, work hard for better integration and inclusion and less hatred on both sides. That would at least form a foundation for real conversations, and stop the youth of that cross-section from feeling alienated and frustrated.

Or I guess we could just "gerrem all outta here send em back" or something, that seems to be the more popular answer.
