I'm shocked mind.

I would have thought they had no budget and the house/eye/graphics were going to remain the same.

Yeah I thought so too, perhaps they feel they have to do something after how poor BB18 has rated.

Apparently they've only used 10% of their budget on this series leaving 90 for CBB lol

Makes sense considering they have to pay the celebs to show up.

(Although according to Rebecca they paid a few of them to go in this series so that was probably Chanelle, Kayleigh and Lotan).
