Most of them get opportunities from being on towie which gives them more money some have normal jobs but there's some like Megan who is loaded

Not most of them, a few of them get other opportunities, usually the stars. Megan was a star prior to going on TOWIE, Georgia made little impact and isn't really a star.

Megan Mckenna isn't loaded either, shes rich, but not loaded.

Joey Essex, Gemma Collins and Amy Childs and a few others may be loaded, but very little considering the cast of about 200

Towie made her more of a star she's everywhere because of towie
hence why she's getting more offers then she did which is making her rich with loads of money in her bank its all on if they get featured enough so

Megan Mckenna wasn't irrelevant in CBB like Georgia was in Love Island however. That is the point. Therefore TOWIE wanted Megan Mckenna to be a leading star in TOWIE, whereas Georgia would be more of a background character/not a star.
