Oh I didn't hear oop, I'm just basing it off of what we saw. Also the fact they're all in one room and don't have a bedroom is a little suspicious (although it might be considered unncessary)

I didnt know they could access the 2nd house from the upstairs. Also tragic what attic has a garden

I don't think it's actually upstairs. The only space on the second story is the top of the stairs and the diary room space.

Oh there is another space upstairs. It's where The Bolthole/Perez's secret room was I believe. The Attic looks a bit big for that space though.
