Its important for a few reasons, because constantly changing your name confuses other members, it's either myself or James that has to do it, changing a members name that has a lot of posts can slow the forum down, and it's always preferred not to have names that come from a passing phase because before long you will be once again nagging us to change it, if one member constantly has name changes others will want it too (see Will) and they start nagging us too because some else has it etc etc
