I remember in bb12 Tom kicked an item of furniture (think it was a graden gnome or something) AT Aaron and nothing was done at all, not even a speaking to.

Mind this was the same series where someone shat in the freezer and no warning was given AND it was totally covered up, so can't say I am surprised really. Warnings and such, I guess it will come down to who the producers dislike, along with the viewers perception. if they warned a well liked housemate for something like this, the ofcom complaints would be through the roof If they DONT warn someone who is disliked, the ofcom complaints would be through the roof too.

Yes. Very true tbh. I wish I could say I am shocked that no fuss has been made over this on here, but I am not at all. Given the person on the recieving end is Jemma who is disliked on here. No doubt it would also be Jemmas fault if Paul did twat her
