I saw that at the end...I think that is the reason he went to the diary room..it was just the way he threw a filthy look at Jemma on his way to the diary room..maybe something happened earlier. Sarah later said Jemma slid down the stairs whilst he was waiting to go in the DR and her bum went straight into his face
Then after he went up the stairs Jemma sat on the sofa and said to the others "I don't get it..." She said it twice like she wanted a response to have her say on something...
