Yeah after veto/replacement nominee(if there is) like a normal round

Two people win HOH
HOH #1 will nominate two
HOH 2 will nominate two

then you play veto
if a nominee saves themselves then the HOH who nominated them will have to name a replacement

then eviction vote
you will vote two people
1 from HOH #1
and another from HOH #2
