I work 24/7
using Special Power Naps
I awake and 50" 4K LED TV
has turned off.

I set the time on that so if left alone for so many hours
its turned off when I say so
So on average a Power Nap is 30 mins,
90mins
or even 4 hours.
Then I am Up Rock Hard.
