I think by the time we get to that stage (semi final) they'll just perform on Saturday then do the usual Sunday's elimination, otherwise we'd have only 2 finalists (unless they have a 13th wildcard or something)

Well the final on December 2nd is a Saturday, and so in that case it would make a lot of sense for the finale to be on that day, with the new format, with the final 2 battling it out on that day.

I think the final is Saturday & Sunday December 2nd-3rd
