Yes he is imo. He joked about sticking an epilator up Deana's arse, joked about punching her in the face, immediately distrusted her before talking to her (i wonder why that was..... ), and ignoring all this he was such a miserable bore too! Him winning that 50k is easily the third worst moment of the entire franchise, the second being all of the bullying and isolation moments in CBB18 and the worst being the winner of that. His presence ruined BB13 so much.
