True, when you have a consistently high staff turnover and can't figure out why, it's time to start looking at the management rather than the "employees". Guess that applies from min wage right up to multi-million dollar movie franchise.

It's not much to go on, but she comes off as a bit ... unlikeable in interviews. I remember on a panel thing, Mark Hamill made a pointed remark about the direction of Luke's character, and she let out a hideously fake laugh.
