What a crap PM !!!! omg!!!! . I knew James would be safe though as he's sugar's golden boy! and he'll probably get to the final and even win despite having no back bone and horrible business decisions . timid communication , worst leadership skills i've seen . He was good in pevious task but this has shown how stupid and useless he is , he didn't even bring back the right people into the boardroom ,so even then elizabeth is still controlling his decisions like she's got a hold on him!! . pathetic weasel !.

It was like Elizabeth had him at gun point the way he let her take over completely like a mad hatter high on crack! , she's overbearing she's got zero communication skills . she's unstable and she was the cause of the failure of the task but i knew she'd be safe due to sugar wanting her to stay for ratings as people find insufferable idiots like her entertaining .

Sugar fires so many wrong people , he's honestly influenced and i think there's an ulterior motive behind his decisions . There's only been a few firings i've agreed with this year .

Elizabeth was the obvious one to be fired but people like her always survive to irritate the viewers and upset her team mates as it's classed as "entertainment" despite the fact she's a terrible team player and she behaves like a clown high on something mixed with ADHD !! .

She's a nightmare yet she'll probably get to the interview stage as sugar is now conveniently giving her a "second chance" seriously what kind of BS is that , that's why people believe the show is scripted to a degree and the decisions are mainly done for ratings .
