The 2008 X Factor winner has been in the dance-off twice in a row now despite regularly impressing the judges who seem to favour her a lot with her good performances.

The 36-year-old professional dancer and her professional dancer Gorka Marquez, 27, haven’t put a foot wrong but are failing to win over the public.

And now William Hill believe it is highly likely the singer will once again find herself in the dreaded dance-off with her odds at 6/4.

“Alexandra is having a rough time at present and we think things will only get worse at the weekend,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

Debbie McGee, 49, and Holby City actor Joe McFadden, 42, are currently the joint favourites to win the coveted Glitterball trophy during the grand final next weekend.

Whereas, The Saturdays band member Mollie King, 30, is favourite to leave on Saturday night with former Emmerdale actress Gemma Atkinson, 33, coming close behind.

This week, Alexandra admitted she is unsure whether she’ll make it to the final after being battered by cruel trolls or just people who see her as fake on Twitter who have accused her of being fake and insincere.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.45pm on BBC One.
