Brian Dowling:
 Probably the biggest Big Brother housemate ever besides Jade Goody. However, it's a bit weird that he is considering Brian is well... a bit vanilla if I'm being honest. Don't get me wrong he does the whole funny, camp gay guy thing really well but that's just about his substance. He's a bitchy gay who the public fell in love with because he had a witty nature, charisma and a softer side hidden underneath this complex persona of being a 'bitch'. But, I really don't think he's all that? I get how he's a huge part of BB history and him being a gay man and still going on to win in 2001 must've been pretty surprising for both him and a lot of the viewing public but I just don't think he deserves to go higher than top fifty. A nice fella and an iconic housemate but just not the best! |
