Episode 1 was good. Episode 2 was messy, Top Gear with the trio was scripted although it wasn't as blatantly obvious as episode 2 of Grand Tour. It felt a bit like watching three dads trying to make terribly jokes throughout most of the episode.
I think it will take time for this show to find it's own ways, and time for the trio to get it 'just right'. |
