They won’t scrap CBB in the summer cause they are contracted for it. So it must be on August and September with CBB in October. Well then it’s no longer summer CBB but Autumn CBB

Planning permission on the house expires on the 30th September, so they will need to submit a planning application pronto if it’s to be renewed.

With the show also up for renewal, would Endemol want to renew the planning?

That also makes things a bit more suspicious with the different location rumour, them not having to actually renew the planning permission bc it’s somewhere else?

Where’s this different location rumour?

First thing I thought, was that they’re swapping CBB & BBUK so that the stronger show faces love island and bbuk has more chance. However this is weird considering how little they seem to care about bbuk... basically sabotaging summer CBB for bbuk to do well is... shocking (but good...)

Or maybe they could have just scrapped summer CBB? Probably the best but most unlikely idea.

Or maybe they’re just pushing both shows later to avoid love island completely? Wouldn’t be too bad, but would be weird and if anything affect next January’s show as there would’ve only been a couple months between CBB22 & 23

Or maybe they’re just copying love island by having auditions constantly open so that people can enter the series while it’s still on? (after all, Isabelle was a late entrant...)

Imo they're swapping BBUK and CBB around, bc obvs CBB is more watched and has a better chance against LI

But I was thinking, since Summer CBB's ratings correlate with civvy, would it work the other way round? So if CBB22 rated well, would it help BB19 in the way BB14/BB17 helped with their following CBB's and lower rated series like BB16 & BB18 caused their following CBB's to be the lowest rated

I think they're referring to the rumour that BBUK maybe moving abroad, the one that came up towards the end of BB18.
